Brandon Diggs

Being a natural athlete from a young age, his interests and hobbies always gravitated towards sports and competition. Pursuing these interests lead him first into Boxing and then into the world of fitness, eventually becoming a personal trainer. During his time boxing he picked up a wealth of knowledge that was crucial to his success in and out of the ring, such as an understanding of what it takes to cut weight, build muscle, optimize cardiovascular performance, increase explosive power, and more importantly, how to stay consistent, disciplined, and goal oriented.

Having this mindset at a young age and an upbeat personality directly affected his success as a personal trainer. With his high energy, relentless pace and incorporation of boxing Brandon was quickly able to distinguish himself from other trainers and move up the ranks consistently delivering shocking results with his clients.

Unsatisfied with working for a big box gym, he set out as a freelance trainer, training out of studios in scarborough and even in parks in the summer months. During this time, he collaborated with many different fitness professionals, vastly expanding his knowledge and network even further. Wanting to provide an outlet for his passion and pursuit of fitness Brandon founded Synergy Complete Athletics. A fitness company dedicated to bringing the highest level of service through effective goal setting, thorough plans of action and consistent execution. He has hired a like-minded staff and they pride themselves on upholding Synergy's sense of community and maintaining its motivating and welcoming atmosphere. Brandon's training philosophy can be summed up in two words that can frequently be heard echoing through the gym during his sessions "dig deep".

Krystine Young

Krystine Young has been in the fitness industry for 6 years, starting off on her own weight-loss journey after having a child and trying to get back in to shape. Once she achieved her goals she decided to become a personal trainer to use her skills, experience and her own journey to help others.

She has been a personal trainer for 2 years conducting 1-on-1, partner and small private group sessions. In addition to running Bootcamps, indoor and outdoor large group sessions, as well as virtual training. She is also a fully licensed Socacize instructor with both in-person and virtual class options available.

She cares about her clients and there is nothing more important to her than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong!

Alessandro Zattiero

Alessandro started judo in 1995 and is a Sundam Third Degree Black Belt since 2004. He is the founder and Jiu Jitsu Instructor of Hana no Bushidokai - Judo and martial arts academy. He is a member of Judo Canada, author of several books, among which:“Oltre il Bushido (“Beyond the Bushido”), competed in MMA Fighting from 2009-2010, and has won many achievement medals. Alessandro also spcializes is condition classes of kids & self defence.
